To have the cottage fully made-up with sheets and towels: flat fee of $50 plus tax.

• To reserve any of our cottages, a one nights fee is required. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Any reservation made less than 90 days in advance of your arrival requires payment in full. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We will require credit card information on file to cover damage deposit.
• NH Rooms and Meals tax will be added to the total.
