Bluewater Lodge is a camp-style facility that sleeps 44. Available from May through October, rentals include the whole building and surrounding lawns for gathering, games, and activities. A large dining room overlooks the deck and beautiful Bradley Lake. Next to it is a cozy great room with a huge stone fireplace and adjacent pool table. The Lodge also includes a spacious commercial kitchen with all the cookware, equipment and utensils you might need, a chest freezer, large walk -in refrigerator, dish room with commercial washer, flatware, dishes, cups, and glasses.

Outside there's a spacious deck overlooking the lake and the Mount Kearsarge range. Nearby is a stone fire ring surrounded by benches, perfect for evening s'mores. Down at the waterfront you will find canoes and all related equipment ready for you to enjoy.

The Lodge offers bunk-style lodging with 6 bunk rooms, accommodating 42, and one private room with a queen bed. This building has presence, perched on a rise, surrounded by porches with incredible views of the lake and mountains.

The Lodge has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer. Within the five and a half bathrooms, you'll access seven showers and eight toilets and sinks.

The large lawn adjacent to The Lodge is a great area for playing games and with a view of the lake.
